Our Story

Earl’s Premier is the oyster bar we were missing. Inspired by spots that have hosted fishermen and debutants in coastal towns for decades, our goal is to provide the best quality food for folks who don’t need to wear a tie to have deliciously fresh seafood, refreshing cocktails or even just a classic ol’ juicy burger.

We’ve known our oyster farmers for years and travel to coasts every year to develop relationships with them and introduce ourselves to others who understand our passion. They share our commitment to outstanding quality, hospitality and the taste of an outstanding beverage. They ship our oysters overnight so our customers can smell the salt air as they pop open.

Located at 59 th and Holmes in Kansas City, we still have people come in to tell us about the drug store that occupied the space in the 1930’s, and the restaurants later to come. These are the stories that speak of community and connection. We’re happy to carry on those traditions as we serve up the finest chubby oysters, succulent shellfish and the freshest produce that can be sourced.
